About

WHAT IS PLAY THERAPY?

Play Therapy is a therapeutic approach designed for children, allowing them to express their thoughts emotions through play, which is their innate form of communication. Our therapists utilize toys, music, art, storytelling, and movement, rather than just words, to help children navigate challenges, develop coping skills, and explore their inner selves in a nurturing and safe setting.

Who does it help?

Play Therapy offers significant benefits for children from the age of 2 to adolescence who are facing challenges such as anxiety, behavioral problems, trauma, grief, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, family changes (such as divorce or new siblings), or struggles with emotional regulation.

This therapeutic approach fosters healing and attachment, boosts self-esteem, and improves social and problem-solving skills, enabling children to flourish in their homes, schools, and relationships

We offer a range of services to support children's mental and emotional well-being, including individual play therapy, group therapy, and parental guidance.
