What is Play Therapy?
Play therapy is a child-friendly therapy that helps children express thoughts and emotions through play—their natural language.
Instead of relying solely on words, our therapists are trained to support children using toys, music, art, storytelling, and movement to work through challenges, build coping skills, and explore their inner world in a safe and supportive environment.

Who Does It Help?
Play therapy is beneficial for children as young as 2 through adolescence who are experiencing anxiety, behavioral issues, trauma, grief, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, family changes (like divorce or new siblings), or difficulty with emotional regulation.

Play Therapy helps support healing, attachment, enhances self-esteem, and strengthens social and problem-solving skills—helping children thrive at home, in school, and in relationships.

“You see a child play, and it is so close to seeing an artist paint;

For in play, a child says things without uttering a word”

-Erik Erickson
